After meeting with you in your home we will discuss any design dilemmas you might have and recommend cost-effective changes.  We will analyze your current placement of furniture, art and accessories, and discuss the way your family lives in your home. If you are trying to decide on a color scheme we will bring paint samples for you to view and will help you determine a complimentary color. With the information you furnish and digital photos we take of your rooms, we will provide a plan and a suggested shopping list if necessary. You can complete the changes on your own or schedule us for an interior makeover.
Consultation Fee: $75/hour
 

The room in your home to be made over is emptied with the exception of large pieces. The furniture and accessories are then placed back in the room one item at a time using principles of scale and balance. With your permission, we “shop” the remainder of the home to supplement the room’s décor. Upon completion, we will provide a recommended list of any additional finishing touches to complete the makeover.
Fee: $250/per room

Let us assist you in editing your possessions so purchasers’ can imagine themselves living in your home. After a comprehensive walk-through, we provide you and/or your Realtor® with a written evaluation and checklist for “staging” each room of your home. Our suggestions may include repairs, furniture additions/subtractions, color and paint selections and ideas for enhanced curb appeal. Staged homes stand out among the competition!

If you prefer, after we complete the assessment, we can implement the staging plan. We will carefully edit your belongings (we suggest you start packing early), and place your furniture and accessories so your home looks like a model!  We will simplify your décor which requires depersonalizing and focusing on the best features of your home.  We use merchandising techniques and low-cost enhancements that can be quickly and easily accomplished.  Remember, only 10% of all purchasers can actually visualize a home’s potential!
